This specially curated 7-night / 8-day summer retreat adventure offers a balance of guided excursions and free time to explore.
Every morning after breakfast, we’ll practice yoga together. You’ll have free time until lunch, after which we’ll head out for the day’s adventures.
On four of the eight days, the following experiences will be included:
Taking the chairlift to Alp Languard for a spectacular hike with sweeping views of the Upper Engadine valley. This high-altitude trek takes you through wildflower-strewn meadows and up to the mountain hut, where you can pause for refreshments and soak in the breathtaking panorama. If you are lucky, you might spot a Streinbock, the mascot of this region.
A visit to Muottas Muragl – one the most beautiful vantage points above the lakes. Here, you can relax and have a coffee while you enjoy the view, or take one of varying levels of hikes.
A day visit to the Italian-speaking town of Posciavo with it’s medieval architechtire and culinary delicacies. To visit Poschiavo, we take the UNESCO railway that may be the most beautiful in Switzerland.
We’ll take the cable cars to Diavolezza, a dramatic mountain destination where, at 9000' you can marvel at glaciers and enjoy panoramic views that seem to stretch forever.
Finally, we’ll visit the serene beauty of the Lake of Sils, whose reflective waters are framed by majestic peaks and tranquil landscapes—perfect for quiet contemplation or lakeside strolls. We’ll have lunch, then take a baot across to Isola for a walk along the lake in all its splendor.
On two of the eight days, you will have an entire afternoon of free time to spend however you wish.
Relax at the Bellavita Spa Complex (included!), or choose from ample hiking opportunities, mountain bike (and e-bike) rentals, horseback riding, or even a horse-drawn carriage ride to the Val Roseg Valley of unspoiled nature, glistening streams, dense pine forests, and the dramatic peaks of the Bernina Range as your backdrop.
